I listed 60 colleagues , ex bosses , some stakeholders, teachers... I got 15 . Wouldn't that be polluted of recommendation? Or the more recommendations with quality, the better?

That doesn't work because they changed the UI. It's why I hate online platforms. There is no button "Manage", there is no "No pending invitations bar". It's just a screw you find it somewhere else or not.
